Introduction
Reducing fire deaths and injuries in Wales is more than just providing an efficient emergency response service.
The aim of the service is to make Wales a safer place to live, work and visit; by working with young people from many diverse backgrounds, the service has an opportunity to interact with the future citizens from the communities it serves.
Whilst your learning forms part of your GCSE in Additional Applied Science, in application, your knowledge and understanding could make the difference between life and death, and prove to be one of the most important things you will ever learn. People DO die in fires; fires do not discriminate, they just kill, maim or destroy.
