  • Service has not finished yet. Ensure that they have just had a 'one-stop holiday experience'. Send them on their way with every aspect of their holiday covered and complete.
  • If they intend driving to the airport, they need a car park reservation.
  • If they wish to hire a car whilst abroad, tie up the loose ends now - pre-book it for them. It will save them the trouble when they're away.
  • Everyone needs currency - offer to order it for them. If it's in advance, put a diary note in to give them a call nearer the time.
  • Anyone with an early flight will benefit from an overnight airport hotel, especially if it includes their car parking. Book it for them there and then! The extra revenue earned from these holiday extras play an enormous part in the overall earning potential for the company.
  • And they are all extras that the customers actually need! If you didn't book them, they would only do it themselves direct - more hassle for them, no earning for you. It does make sense.
