- The 'Find Out' stage is the most important part of the entire sales process - if you do not complete the 'find out' stage fully and comprehensively, how can you possibly find a suitable holiday?
- To save yourself time and to increase efficiency, ask all questions detailed on the Enquiry Form, including those in relation to health and passport information.
- There is no point spending time searching for a very late departure holiday if the client does not have a passport, visa or the necessary vaccinations.
