Working as a group/in pairs. A group of pupils could work with one poster and then present their discussions/findings back to the class. Here students are now expected to draw their knowledge and understanding together.
Study the poster. What are the key features – what are the shared codes and conventions across all of the posters you are analysing?
Identify the genre for each film. What iconography has been used? Annotate the poster using key terms.
