Find a Sole Trader or a Partnership in your area. It could be a friend or relative or you could go into a local shop or business to interview them. Find out as much as possible about what it is like running the business and, in particular, what they see as the advantages and disadvantages of their type of business. It would be particularly good if you could record it and you would receive extra credit for doing so. If you do not then write up an account of the interview for your file.
