Physical and mental differences from what is seen as the norm for example lack of vision. (However not everyone can do everything as equally as well as others.)
A physical or mental impairment which prevents a person from carrying out day to day activities often due to prejudice and the failures on the part of society to address the needs of people with impairments.
A social process which invariably leads to social exclusion. It is a negative term. A label applied to those with a physical or mental disability.
